Keith employs his skills in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Value Stream Mapping, and the Toyota Production System to ensure that production processes are optimized and aligned with GM's commitment to quality and efficiency.
Keith's expertise in Supplier Quality and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) further enhances his ability to navigate complex manufacturing challenges. His proactive approach to issue resolution not only mitigates risks but also drives continuous improvement across the production lifecycle.
