💼 Past Experience

When Karine Evans started her career as an IT Recruiter at Cushman & Wakefield in July of 2018, she was excited to join a team that was working on the Recruiter Evaluation2018 project. From the beginning, she enjoyed the challenge of participating in and giving feedback on recruiting projects.Every day, she had to be accurate in her predictions and projections of where the project would lead. Additionally, she had to be present when projects were underway and constantly reach out to new and potential candidates in order to ensure that every project was on track. Ultimately, she was proud of the progress that Cushman & Wakefield had made on the project and felt that she had played a significant role in its success.In January of 2021, she joined the team at Emerson Industries of Commercial Real Estate as a Sourcing Specialist. She is excited to be a part of a team that is working on a new client project. She is responsible for researching and sourcing qualified candidates for a medical device company.Once she has found the right candidates, she has to be specific in her bids and make sure that the project stays on track. The most challenges that Karine encounters during her work are ensuring that projects are completed on time, ensuring that the team follows the correct protocol in the course of the project, and knowing how tocommunicate with different people in order to get the most out of her work.
