While he wasn't always the best student at school, he was always eager and motivated to learn more and pursue his passions. After getting his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 2010, he moved to Orlando, Florida and became a technical writer for a software company for two years. After that, he decided to move to Boston, Massachusetts and became a sales representative for a technological company. There, he found his passion for helping businesses find the best ways to improve their performance and grow their businesses. During his time with that company, he also gained experience working with their largest retail customers, helping them strengthen their partnerships and grow their markets. Justin then moved on to work for Criteo, Inc. as a Digital Media Analyst for 7 months. At Criteo, he became responsible for working with their largest retailers and helping them improve their relationships with their largest customers. He then moved to Horizon Media, where he is responsible for working with their largest customers as well as their sanctuaries, such as US Youth Soccer, AAU USA, USA Softball, NCAAF and National Federation of State High School Associations. Along the way, he has also helped get Horizon Media onto the Inc. 500 / 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies list for three consecutive years and helped them grow their business even faster. In 2016, he was selected to participate in the prestigious Google Squared program and was the first participant to represent Starcom MediaVest Group in the US market. Justin's amateur sports background has also given him the opportunity to work with some of the largest amateur sports leagues in the world, such as the US Youth Soccer, AAU USA, USA Softball, NCAAF and National Federation of State High School Associations.
