CEO Founder @ Hochberg is founder of a television and new media studio partnered with Endemol Shine North America, the world's largest independent TV company with operations in over 40 countries and sales of over 13,000 hours of scripted and non-scripted programming per year including formats such as Big Brother, Master Chef, Wipe Out, and Deal or No Deal.
Just Entertainment is a television and new media studio focused on unscripted television, branded entrainment and digital content with projects set up across broadcast and cable networks and a unique new crowdsourced format leveraging some of Endemol Beyond USA’s biggest talent.
Over the course of his career, Hochberg has created and sold over 30 television formats including helping to develop and launch NBC’s original “The Apprentice” and “The Contender” franchises, as well as creating TNT’s and Ron Howard's “Great Escape” and CNBC‘s breakout hit “The Profit”.
He has completed more than $120 million in product integration deals with over a dozen networks and some of the world’s most respected brands, including DirecTV, NFL, P&G, Pepsi, Planet Hollywood Resorts, Sports Illustrated, Staples and more.
He was named as one of The Hollywood Reporter’s 50 most powerful reality producers in 2012. Hochberg graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania and received his M.B.A. with a focus in Media Management from Columbia Business School. He is currently Co-Chair of the PGA Seminar Committee, a member of the Television Academy and resides in Los Angeles, CA.
