Founded in 1992, SfP is one of the first organizations to become a Pennsylvania-Registered Benefit Corporation and is also a B-Lab Certified B-Corp. SfP's staff and management represent an impressive blend of technical, public policy, research, government and community organizing expertise. Prior to joining SfP, June worked for PROXUS HR for over 10 years serving in the role of Client Services Director and senior level HR Consultant. In this capacity she provided both strategic leadership and tactical management and support to the human resource department for multiple large client organizations and served as the outsourced HR director for other smaller to mid-sized organizations. In addition, she served as a key resource and contributor to PROXUS operations and business development. Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including; recruitment and selection, new hire orientation, training and annual in-services, worker's compensation/FMLA and benefits administration as well as employee relations and disciplinary action. Served on various interdisciplinary committees as well as HR committees for the corporate entity. Was selected as one of a few HR Managers to work on a special new employee onboarding project at the corporate HQ in Maryland.
