After a few months at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company, Jon Rankin was transferred to the editing section of The New York Times, where he worked for two years. From there, Jon Rankin was transferred to the book department of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Co., where he worked for three years.Since his move to the United States, Jon Rankin has worked as a proofreader for about ten years. He has made numerous great friends in his ten years of working as a proofreader, and he has learned a lot from them. He is also happy to take on new projects, which is what got Jon interested in becoming a writer. Jon Rankin is now a Cornell graduate and he will be starting his graduate studies at Cornell in the fall of 2020.Jon Rankingin’s professional journey has taught him a lot about how to work well in a team and how to stay focused on what he’s working on. He is also currently on the vanguard of a new trend in writing, where he is working on a series of original storybooks.
