Jon Llaguno has held a variety of different G.M. experiences in the Entertainment Industry. Earlier in his career, he was a Junior Business Development Manager at España & LatAm en ESL, where he was responsible for developing and managing relationships with AAA publishers in the Spanish-speaking region. In this role, he was involved in all phases of game development, including contract negotiations, sales, marketing, and customer service.Jon also worked as a Quality Localization Tester at Square Enix from February 2008 to April 2008. During this time, he was responsible for ensuring that all titles released by the company were in compliance with all government, international, and factory regulations.In 2007, Jon returned to Panda Software, where he was the Director of Training Department for seven months. At the time, he was the only person working on training content for all of the company's employees. His objectives were to familiarize all of the company's employees with the company's products, as well as provide them with the necessary skills to be successful within the Entertainment Industry.In June 2008, Jon was transferred to Konami, where he will be responsible for Community Marketing Manager duties. He has previously worked as a Community Marketing Manager at Kuixin, a company that produces computer games for Europe and the Middle East. Kuixin is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Konami.In his previous roles, Jon has developed close relationships with many of the company's employees. He has learned a great deal about how the Entertainment Industry works, and he is confident that his experiences at Konami will benefit his new role.
