Jon has a strong focus on FCPA compliance, while achieving positive results in situations with challenging governance. He has also worked with customers, NGO's and internal stakeholders globally throughout the development of this project. Jon has been recognized positively by customers and set a foundation for future alignment with UN deforestation efforts. Jon is also responsible for leading the development of the company's sustainability policy in the palm oil supply chain. Jon Hixson has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from The George Washington University, School of Business from 1998 to 2000. He also has a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Sustainability Studies at Harvard University in 2018 and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Kansas State University in 1989 to 1993.
