Managing this process included: Created 'Options Selection' pricing program structure for unit owners; Generated custom upgrades pricing / floor plans; Subcontractor coordination / supervision with changes in the field; Approximately $1M in Resident Upgrade change orders were managed and approved; Conducted punchlist review walk-thrus with architect, owner and internal staff; Other assignments on this project include: Subcontractor scope buyout; Provided accommodations prospective residents; On-site ProLog Champion; Contractor pay application review & approvals; Budget revisions to change order values.
