My past three years with Atlassian have been absolutely amazing. I started with the Bitbucket team as their first designer and embarked on a journey of tremendous growth. We scaled up the service to over a million users and I had the distinct pleasure of doing a complete redesign. We talked to Atlassian After 2 years, I was able to make an internal transfer to the SourceTree team because I expressed interest in designing for native applications. We kicked lots of ass in a smaller team and shipped some great new UX to vastly improve the onboarding flows and core commit experience. I've now been on the HipChat team for about year, and have been contributing to a much larger team of designers across the world. We ship code on every platform, so the range of work is always exciting and challenging. We also have full autonomy and control of the product vision. It is really an incredible opportunity. The Atlassian design practice is maturing and growing every day. We are aiming to become an experience led company and have already been reaping the benefits of this focus. Come join us!
