My role began as a Trainer Manager where I worked with a team to develop training and supportive systems to deploy training services. I routinely interfaced with members around the state to insure their understand of the service, to support students receiving the services as well as outreach to build membership, As the program grew training responsibilities were passed to the expanding customer support unit. I was recognized for my skills related to our customers, training and outreach and was promoted to the position of Membership and Development Manager. I was involved in maintaining quality service and building new customers as the program grew. I was also involved in the sales and implementation of the Student Accommodation Manager software; which assists disability service offices to track their activities and maintain excellent records related to the students they serve. I grew these opportunities and eventually staff were hired to maintain the responsibilities; including a Membership Coordinator, Salesperson and a Sales Consultant (SAM). In 2010, the program was moved from the University of Georgia (Athens, GA) to The Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.
