💼 Past Experience

I started out my career at LSI Logic Sales Director in 1989, and then at Intel Field Sales Engineer from 1981-1989. I had a lot of experience in the customer service field, so I was very customer-focused when I started at LSI Logic. During my time at LSI Logic, I managed sales teams in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I was also involved withrowing new technologies and initiatives, such as the firstIntelligent residential Assisted Living product ever released. I left LSI Logic in 2007 to start Exar Corporation, and I have been with them ever since.At Exar Corporation, I am currently a Global Accounts and Regional Sales Manager. I have responsibility for sales departments in Dallas/Fort Worth, Los Angeles, and New York City. I work with Juniper Networks, Hewlett-Packard, and other major vendors.I have had a lot of success working with fintech startups. I have been a part of companies that have created new industries and products, and I have learned a lot about how to create successful customer relationships.I am excited to be working with Hoover and Associates in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area, and I think we have a lot of potential for disrupting fintech. I believe that he and his team are very passionate about the work they do, and that they are willing to take on any type of challenge that comes our way. I am sure that we will be able to make a big difference in the lives of people in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

Joe Hoover has a degree in business administration from the University of Houston. Hoover worked as a business consultant for six years before starting his own business in 1992. Hoover has since built his business up to a $197 million firm.Currently, Joe Hoover is the CEO and President of Hoover Landscaping & Lawncare, a company that services the residential and commercial markets. Joe Hoover has been featured on Fox Business Network's Lou Dobbs show and has been interviewed by numerous publications such as Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and The Chicago Tribune.
