I partner with Platform Engineering. I'm responsible for scaling various engineering teams within the Business Intelligence organization. I support recruiting strategy, process and delivery for a range of managers within Risk, Safety, Insurance, Payments and Fintech engineering teams. With more than five years of experience in technical recruiting, I've learned a great deal about what Works well for different employers and how to create an effectively marketing and recruitment strategy. After studying at Central Regional High School, Joe Griffith moved on to Montclair State University to obtain his Bachelors of Science, Business Administration and Marketing degree. After gaining his degree, Joe worked in the corporate world for a few years before returning to Montclair State University to get his Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Counseling. After obtaining his Master's degree, Joe worked as a program coordinator for a few different school districts before starting his own educational consulting company.Joe Griffith's educational background and work readiness has led him to be one of the most qualified people in the field of educational leadership and counseling.
