Key projects under her direction involve the implementation of innovative therapeutic interventions and outreach strategies that enhance service delivery. Her expertise in psychotherapy, group therapy, and child and family team meetings allows her to effectively guide her team in developing tailored support plans for each individual. Jessica’s commitment to youth development is further demonstrated through her involvement in critical thinking initiatives and event planning, which aim to raise awareness and resources for the challenges faced by homeless youth.
