💼 Past Experience

Jesse Laserson obtained his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hartford in 2002. He then went on to get his professional degree in Engineering at Columbia Property Trust from 2006 to 2010. Laserson has also had several periods of experience as an Architect. He first worked at Turner Construction from 2001 to 2005. There, he managed the entire construction process from inception to completion for any given project including budgeting, change orders and creation and implementation of schedules. Laserson also negotiated and awarded subcontracts and purchase orders. He also monitored progress and track the budget for all projects purchased. Laserson also conductedowner, architect team meetings to coordinate financing and project status. Laserson was also a senior director at Fortis Property Group from June 2018 to September 2020. There, he was responsible for managing all subcontractors, suppliers and on-site personnel. Additionally, he closed out all subcontractor and supplier contracts at completion of project. Laserson also had a role in the construction and development of the LI, CT, NJ and Westchester Offices. He also managed a staff of approximately 30 including, PM’s, Designers and Estimators. Laserson is also a Standardized Purchasing Manager, Project Administration Manager, Safety Regulations Manager and Project Results Manager.
