About Jeremy Soder

Jeremy Soder is a dynamic leader and visionary in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Founder and Principal of Varro Hospitality, LLC. Since establishing Varro in 2010, Jeremy has demonstrated a keen ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the distressed hospitality real estate market. Under his leadership, the company made a significant mark by acquiring its first portfolio of five TownePlace Suites by Marriott in 2011, in collaboration with industry veterans Marty Collins and John Muse. This strategic move laid the groundwork for Varro's continued growth and success in the sector.

Jeremy's hands-on, human-centric approach to leadership fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation within his team. He believes that the key to creating a thriving brand lies in valuing people, culture, and robust systems and processes. This philosophy has enabled Varro to not only navigate the complexities of real estate transactions and investments but also to excel in property management and operations management. His expertise in real estate financing and disposition further enhances Varro's ability to maximize the value of its investment properties.

Key projects under Jeremy's direction have included the revitalization of underperforming assets and the strategic repositioning of properties to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency. His commitment to excellence and sustainable growth has positioned Varro as a leader in the hospitality investment landscape, demonstrating that with the right vision and execution, even distressed assets can be transformed into thriving, premium-branded destinations. As Varro continues to expand its portfolio, Jeremy remains dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of the hospitality experience.
