She has worked as a business consultant and educator, most notably at Riverdale Country School, where she directed enrollment, taught social psychology and markets and management, and provided business consulting services. Additionally, she lived in Tel Aviv during her time at Tel Aviv University, where she completed a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration. This experience gave her the ability to gain a deep knowledge about business and education.Based on her experience, teaching and working with students, Dr. Rothschild knows what is necessary for students to be successful in their future endeavors. She believes that the proper preparation for a student’s future begins with their education, and that Riverdale Country School was unable to provide an adequate education for their students. She has worked to improve Riverdale Country School by offering thicker walls for their curriculum, implementing more rigorous measures for assessment, and working with the school’s board of directors to create a more business-oriented approach to the school. This has helped the school to much better prepare their students for their future endeavors.
