Additional Duties: Manage College recruiting program and career fair initiatives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruiting sources including temporary agencies, professional and technical organizations. Draft ads and advertise positions for all of companies' locations. Manage and train HR Intern. Process all position requisitions and recruiting metrics (i.e. time to fill, recruiting source, etc.).
