Janice Bryant Howroyd had a total of 5 years' experience with human resources management, from 3 years as a former HR lead at a company where she was also the CTO. After leaving her previous company, Janice then spent the next 5 years as a recruiting and staffing manager for a 3rd party technology provider. In this role, she managed a wide range of negotiations and AWARDS with local and international organizations. Finally, Janice moved into HR leadership in a startup in that she was the founding CEO and CTO. She led the growth and transformation of the startup and remained in this position until its sale to a larger company in 2014. Janice has an B.S. in Business Administration from the University at Albany, NY and an M.B.A. from Pfeiffer School of Business at Chattanooga, TN.
