By the time I was 29 I'd built a 7-figure business. I did it within 2yrs. Whilst building a business is a huge achievement it's not the hardest thing in business to do. The hardest thing is turning around a company that's failing. I've done both and without investment. I've a diverse background - from being nominated as a Young British Designer after graduating, to building a global cyber security (penetration testing) firm and working with some of the world's biggest brands. I've a proven track record in organically growing a company and delivering increased sales fast through a clear focus on the business strategy. I'm comfortable discussing business strategy with senior executives as information security needs with technical staff. I've the ability to understand and translate between technical and business requirements leading to faster, smoother and more effective engagements. Having been a business owner for over 18yrs, I've worked tirelessly to create respected brands, lead teams and create business environments that promote success at every level. Over the years I've demonstrated natural leadership skills and provided the tangible glue that's made my own company and others work. As a true entrepreneur, I've good commercial sense and have helped develop business opportunities through my effective marketing, networking and selling skills. I'm passionate about helping companies grow and am dedicated to helping the team I work with develop along the way. I'm regularly asked to speak at events; have authored many articles and been featured in leading infosec publications. I also write for other markets such as entrepreneurship. I'm driven by my 3 children, an obsession to deliver outstanding quality and to make a positive difference in the world.
