Jan has spent +20 years in retail & ecommerce, launching businesses, developing International Markets and creating growth strategies in the Music and Fashion Apparel / Footwear sectors.
Operating in both the niche and high Street, his entrepreneurial and engaging approach saw him set up his first retail outlet in Covent garden in 1994, followed by a chain of concession stores within the life style retailer, Urban Outfitters, before joining them and going on to run their multi language European ecommerce business where he was responsible for Ecommerce, Digital Creative, Social, Digital Marketing, Direct mail, Pr, Production and Operations.
From UO, he joined the footwear brand Fitflop as their Global Ecommerce Director where he oversaw Ecommerce, Digital Strategy, Social, Digital Marketing, Operations & fulfilment and a remit to drive growth in the International online business before joining Jack Wills as Global Ecommerce Director with a similar remit to deliver an Ecommerce strategy, integrate multi channel capability and drive International.
