o Enhanced the internal Access Authorisation Process which resulted in reduced procurement costs of high order value circuits from third party suppliers and delivered documents to train end users.
o Created the business case to change the Amend Order Process so that access circuits are also optimised at the time of the order, leading to significant cost savings. Rigorous analysis produced for both Procurement and Service Design workstreams to look at where cost reductions could be made, whilst protecting profit margins and the tactical implications of changes to Service Level Agreements with third party suppliers.
o Presented a commercial evaluation report to bid management detailing the strategic impact of loss of revenue to BT per quarter if the mobility service block was not retained.

Managed the delivery, installation and configuration of the programme proof-of-concept test circuit to the HP Erskine site. This was completed on budget and on time – as agreed with the customer – by managing risks using a RAID log.
o Created MS Project Plan to track key milestones and reported on progress to senior management and client.
