I have been CEO of Steen & Company for almost 8 years. I have done all theVP, CTO, COO, CPO, Treasurer, IPO, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Planning, Financial Services,California Business Accountants, Professional Accountant, Business Strategy, Financial Planning, Insurance, Fixed Annuities and Strategic Financial Planning. I also work as a personal business coach and financial advisor.Most notably, I have been involved in developing and implementing the company’s retirement system, which now manages more than $100 million in assets for customers. I also took on the lead role in the company’s IPO and helped我ribea profitableamento of the business.Prior to this, I was a Financial Planner and Business Advisor with over 15 years of experience. I have also been a Business Manager and Financial Planning Consultant for a company that was online then and employs about 60 people today. In this position, I was responsible for developing and implementing an employee benefits program and oversaw the marketing, sales and operations of the program. I’ve also been involved in the development of strategic planning processes for several companies, most notably our current employer. I’ve also been involved in financial planning for longer-term care and estate planning.As a personal business coach, I help people to become financially successful. Many of my clients are women and minority/immigrant businesses. I also offer financial planning and estate planning services as a part of my business. My business coaching sessions usually last 1-2 hours and are designed to help clients achieve their financial goal.
