YoY Availability improved 26%, latency improved 16%, 12% at TP50, TP90 respectively and website fatals improved 55% year over year. 2) Global Financial and HR Systems. Improved on time delivery from 57% to 94% unblocking the growth of the business. Launched/retrofitted 12 countries including the highly complex such as India and Brazil. Upgraded from Oracle 11i to Oracle R/12. Delivered 34% and 11% cost leverage in the financial and HR system spaces respectively. 3) Enterprise Data Warehousing team manage the largest Oracle Data Warehouse on the planet and own over 1,000 tier one databases in support of the consumer business such as identity and ordering 4) The Information Technology teams own areas such as connectivity, unified communications, collaboration, AAA and security. Built and deployed end user device security framework including quarantine, supported over 180 new buildings and expansions, improved availability of critical services by 57%. Delivered 18% cost leverage, avoiding ~ $65M through 2016. The field IT teams supports over 140K employees across 25 countries and 350 buildings. Improved employee to ticket ratio by 15% and reduced resolution time by 33%, 41% at TP50, TP90 respectfully. 5) The internal fraud team is responsible for detecting suspicious employee activity. We built a platform from the ground up and deployed across $80B of outbound cash disbursements. From January 2014 to March 2015 (1 year 3 months) VP Corporate Applications & Information Technology @ From March 2011 to January 2014 (2 years 11 months) GM, Software Supply Chain @ Oversee all facets of Software Operations encompassing strategic sourcing/commodity management, Product licensing, Supply chain operations/fulfillment, Central NPI support, Product Operations Management of IOS, Network Management Technology, Collaborations Software Group and Cisco Quad. • Responsible for $220M of commodity spend for items such as embedded databases. Mobilized sourcing councils with engineering to enable strategic sourcing. Delivered $40M in productivity savings and implemented robust supplier management system. • Responsible for $1.8B of revenue thru supply chain operations team. Built electronic delivery capability enabling dramatic lead time reductions while reducing costs by 30%. • Responsible for product license management across Cisco.
