💼 Past Experience

When I was last employed as a Human Resources Manager, I managed the Connors Human Resources Department and also recruited nurses for our hospital. I also have a degree from Stetson University in Nursing Home Administration, so I am well equipped to manage Nursing Home Staff and Managers.While I am well-versed in human resources and Nursing Home Administration, I found that working under the direct control of the CEO was different from what I was used to. I found that the CEO was much more hands-on and communicative with the employees. This Provided me with an opportunity to learn more about the company and the CEO.I am interested in returning to work as a Recruiter. I believe that my experience as a Human Resources Manager and I am well-prepared to manage Nursing Home Staff and Managers. I am also interested in new opportunities within the Corporate Scene.
