After being raised by his mother in a small town in central Pennsylvania, he left home at the age of 15 to begin his apprenticeship in the electrical and electronic machinery industry. Seipel completed his apprenticeship in the Electrical and Electronic Manufacturing Services atundisclosed in Contracted Electronic Manufacturing Services EMS in 2000. With the experience he gained from his apprenticeship, Seipel moved on to become a Front Line Program Manager at Express Manufacturing, Inc. from 2000 to 2004. He also held a position as Sales Agent at Krown Transport from May 2010 to April 2018. At Express Manufacturing, George Seipel worked on developing and implementing new business strategies and developing customer relationships. He also managed and led the sales team for the company.
