In my various roles at KPMG, I have emerged as a leader in the talent acquisition and executive recruiting space. My experience in managing highly-talented colleagues has given me a unique understanding of how to find and nurture successful talent.Most notably, I was responsible for leading the executive search and talent acquisition for the company, overseeing activities from developing and approving enemy sightings to implementing global search plans. I also developed and ran the company’s HR department, overseeing the hiring and firing of employees.In my previous roles, I have been extremely successful in breaking down the barriers between business and talent. I have developed and executed highly successful international initiatives, identified and successful talents for hire at Barclays and Insignia, and also successfully executed complex global deals.Overall, I am extremely excited to be taking on this new role at Barclays. I can think of no greater or more challenging goal than helping to Ashton Kutcher and Kate Hudson find their next job.
