Experienced in delivering strategy through to execution; working with CxO level clients to deliver IT strategies and IT organisation transformations for leading global and FTSE100 businesses, enterprise and solution architectures, management of programmes and major projects (in excess of $20m/100+ people), and consulting into the value and potential of emerging and disruptive technologies.
Deep experience in architecting and leading the delivery of large and complex solutions including payment clearing houses, billing systems, high volume e-commerce and media platforms, core banking systems and a wide range of government services. Expert in the use of methods and tools to support the development of IT solutions, from concept to implementation.
Written and presented on a wide range of topics including cloud computing, consumerisation and mobile platforms, service oriented architecture, enterprise and solution architecture and the future of the IT function.

Sole responsibility for a P&L in excess of £12m, continuous development of the practice (including service model, training and certification, relationships/partnerships, talent development and recruitment), relationships with client and sector teams to develop and grow new business, and the delivery of architecture services to clients in all sectors. Activities included the development of a Centre of Excellence for Architecture across EMEA and increased integration of PwC's global architecture capabiliies.
Personally delivered a large number of assignments for clients in the UK and abroad, including the definition of IT strategies and architectures, and the development of new or improved architecture capabilities and teams.
