Francisco Castillo is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Regional Finance Manager at DiDi, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of the company's operations across Latin America. With a robust background as an industrial engineer and an MBA, Francisco brings over 13 years of diverse experience in Corporate Finance and Strategy, having held significant roles as CFO and Head of Finance, as well as in Private Equity as an Associate and Analyst. In his current role, Francisco heads the FP&A function for DiDi Food across multiple countries, including Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic.
