Foster Makaringe holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Melbourne, Australia. After completing his studies, Foster worked for a local engineering firm for a period of 4 years, where he became an administrative automation and sales technician. From there, he moved onto a role as an office administrator at a business services company before starting his own company in May 2007. In January 2011, Foster was appointed as the Chief Operations Officer at NTSAKO RISK SOLUTIONS PTY LTD and in January 2015, he was appointed as the Managing Director at Ever Vigilant Services Pty Ltd.
