Life experience and work experiences led Florence Gazeau Vivacci International to become involved with coaching andHR Consulting. Florence had worked in several different industries before coming to the coaching industry, having worked as a controller and now as a CEO. Florence Gazeau Vivacci International has a P.E. degree in Chemistry from the Ecole supérieure de Chimie Physique Electronique de Lyon, obtained in 1983. She also undertook a course at Lycée Clemenceau in classes preparatory to scientific subjects, obtained in 1986.
