I work in collaboration with my internal and external business partners to design solutions that are fiscally responsible. This is accomplished through developing, proposing and implementing the best-in-breed technical resources and the ongoing evaluation of successful integration. From April 2014 to Present (1 year 8 months) Hosting Services Manager @ My responsibilities included: managing high availability production, UAT, production support, product development and internal operations hardware infrastructure across all SaaS product lines, office locations, server rooms and data center hosting facilities; defining the annual IT strategy and gaining senior leadership approval; and creating and managing all aspects of the IT organization’s budget. I provided technical and administrative oversight during the migration of our legacy data center to a geographically dispersed environment. I planned and executed the move of our previous data center hardware to our internal offices (IL and CA) to rebuild and virtualize the infrastructure. My diverse experience in software engineering, IT, and leadership, as well as my proactive partnering with colleagues, resulted in improved product development and a robust infrastructure.
