💼 Past Experience

For the course of my current role at Moto Hospitality, I am responsible for the overall run of the company’s internal communications, including email marketing, social media, and account management. I also play a major role in developing and fostering a positive relationship with our customers, which is one of the main focuses of my work. I am also responsible for all the events that our company organises, both through engaging with customers and organising seminars and events as well as running our social media channels.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, running, and spending time outside. I think that working in customer service and being able to help other people make a positive difference is the best part about our job.

Emma James's educational background and work readiness are excellent. Emma James has a degree in international marketing from Bournemouth University and diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute at Bournemouth University. She has a proven track record of working in a sales environment and has experience of working in a customer service role. Emma James is highly motivated, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is a very detail-oriented person. She is confident and ready to take on any role that is offered to her.

She most notably has worked as a Marketing Director at Intergage Ltd, where she managed businesses from across a variety of industries. She also worked as a Group Employee Engagement Manager at Merlin Entertainments plc, where she managed a team of employees who interacted with customers and ran marketing campaigns. James has also acted as a Business Development Director at Tasty Marketing Ltd and as an Account Manager at D & R Marketing.
