💼 Past Experience

I’ve been involved in film and industry for over 20 years, and in that time I’ve worked with some amazing people. I founded and operate Raindance Film Festival, which is an industry based festival that jurors and filmmakers from all over the world come to see. Raindance is a jury-based festival, so I manage all the jury selection process, and make sure that all the films that guest at our festival get an opportunity to be exhibited, judged, and share the love.I started my career at British Independent Film Awards in 2002, where I worked as the events and promotions manager. My responsibilities included every aspect of programming and running the festival, from creating schedules to managing tickets and managing the finances. I was also responsible for developing and leading the team that donated the programme assets to the festival, from artwork to sound design.Since leaving British Independent Film Awards in 2008, I’ve been working on my new startup, Raindance Film Festival. We’re a festival that jurors and filmmakers from all over the world come to see, and we’re the only festival in the world that’s jury-based. We bring together really great films from all over the world, and we give them the opportunity to be exhibited, judged, and share the love.I’m really excited to be part of Raindance Film Festival, and I think it’s a great opportunity to be involved in such an amazing industry. We’re always looking for new and talented filmmakers to join our team, and we think Raindance Film Festival will be a great place for them to start their journey.
