I have multiple years of experience in these modules in both an ambulatory and inpatient setting. I have experience in all phases of the project life cycle. Extensive experience in Cerner Enterprise Scheduling Management module in providing analysis, design, build, implementation, and support, in both an ambulatory and clinical setting.

Cerner Millenium Scheduling and Registration Architect @ Implemented several go lives around meaningful use (Positive Patient ID); Responsible for build/go lives of both Scheduling and Registration aspects. Worked directly with CTO and his team in development to extend limitations of software by using external programs to be called within Cerner Registration. Provided production support when necessary as well as maintenance on custom queues and encounters. Prototyping and testing of Observation Charging, including beginning the process of MSP, which was transitioned to a new hire (Meaningful Use). Implemented queues for Two-Midnight rule. Prototyping of orders to scheduling build for CPOE. Integration testing/implementation of ICD10 (10/1 Go Live) From July 2013 to Present (2 years 4 months) Greater Atlanta AreaSenior Revenue Analyst @ Consultant providing On Call Support for Revenue Cycle solutions. Build/Maintenance for Cerner Enterprise Scheduling Management, involving over 27 ambulatory clinics using both orders to scheduling build and scheduling to orders build. Responsible for adding new outpatient locations, new routing and maintaining existing routing in PMDBDocs. Created new applications groups in HNA:DB Task Access, associating to positions in HNA:User. Utilize critical thinking and apply trouble shooting skills for incidents that arise; Provide Cerner ESM Training to new users/clinic managers; Improve process and workflow, with redesign if necessary.
