Also responsible for communicating with all Joule Corporate Support Departments (HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and Marketing)and utilizing the services each provides for the benefits of CM Access -Provide on-the-job training to new hires, which includes eEmpact training and ensures other training segments are covered either personally or through other designated staff members -Responsible for timely processing of all invoices and bills that are mailed to the CM Access office. -Accountable for ordering all supplies and negotiating with outside vendors for the best pricing From December 2011 to February 2013 (1 year 3 months) Recruiting Coordinator @ Administered drug test by tracking results, handling self-disclosure processing and testing. Process all drug testing related bills and provide info to department heads on the drug testing processing. Inputted and retrieved all pre-employment criminal background checks. Evaluate results and review with the Employment team. Posted positions and source candidates through the applicant tracking system. Performed initial phone screens and made recommendations to Recruiters for follow-up.
