She has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Northern Illinois University and a supervised experience in human resources ministry with Redeeming Resources Ministries from 1992-1994. Denise also has a Master's degree in Personnel from the University of Cincinnati.Denise began her career in human resources as a field specialist with Redeeming Resources Ministries in 1992. From there, she moved on to become the Director of Recruiting & Sales for Arlington ResourcesIndustry of Human Resources. in January 1989. From there, Denise led the HR team in developing new hiring and retention policies and growing the company's loyalty to its employees.Denise is also an experienced recruiter. Denise has worked with a wide range of companies, handling search, assessment, and post-shelf selection processes.
