Her hands-on experience began as a forklift operator, progressing through roles such as Operations Machine Operator and Quality Technician, which laid a solid foundation for her supervisory capabilities.

She is instrumental in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, optimizing workflows, and enhancing productivity across cross-functional teams. Her expertise in SAP products and inventory management allows her to maintain stringent quality standards while effectively managing resources.
