He believes that music education can be a transformative experience, providing students with not only artistic skills but also essential life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and self-expression. Through his leadership at Lexington County School District One, David continues to inspire a new generation of musicians, instilling in them a lifelong love for music and the arts.
