After he completed his undergraduate studies, he worked atogle for a few years, before moving on to Montgomery College to gain his M.S. in Computer Science. After completing his graduate studies, he returned to find himself working as a software engineer.Njuguna has always been interested in learning, both in the intellectually as well as in the physically. This has manifested itself in both his education and his work life. At Santa Clara University, he studied mathematics, which had a significant impact on his work readiness. In his previous job, he had worked with computers, so he was familiar with the basics of computer programming. However, he found that he was better prepared to learn and apply new skills when he had worked with computers in a team setting. This experience allowed him to better understand competition and how to work collaboratively with others. This type of work was also a great preparation for his current career as a software engineer.At Montgomery College, he studied computer science, which was a good second choice because he found that he was better prepared for the mental and physical challenges of working in a team. This type of work requires strong math skills as well as exceptional attention to detail and problem solving abilities. After completing his graduate studies, Njuguna was prepared to move on to his next job.Njuguna's education has prepared him for his current career as a software engineer.
