💼 Past Experience

I obtained a B.S. degree in Business Administration from St. John's University inducted into the Political Science field which I then pursued with a THD degree in Political Science from the University at Albany. I am currently a Captain (skipper) with the United States Coast Guard and PADI SCUBA instructor/dive master, offshore deliveries, commercial fishing, sport fishing guide, offshore and near shore regattas. 50,000+ nautical miles, many countries, latitudes and seas.

🎓 Education

David Murry is a caterer, musician, and musician's assistant. When he was younger, Murry loved playing the harmonica and soon realised that he could use his skills to create music. Murry's first group of friends were cellists, and he would play cello classes with his friends to make money to help cover their costs. He then decided to move up to sound engineering, which he got into at University of Wyoming College of Engineering and Applied Science where he spent three years from 2000 to 2002. Murry then worked as a Structural Engineer at USCG Master Mariner from 2004 to 2014 based in Kailua Kona, Hawai’i. In 2014, Murry started instructing/coaching SCUBA students at Bay Islands College of Diving in Hawai’i. Murry is currently an Engineering Instructor at Laramie County Community College in what he has refers to as his "dream job."

David Murry has over 10 years of experience in the contracting, technical and interpersonal fields. He has expertise in both project management and technical back-end development. Murry has worked on various local and international projects, including serving as an advisor and project architect on a number of Home design projects. He is also a seasoned spanish speaker and had previous experience working in the contracting field.
