Used Agile methodolo- gies including product backlogs, sprints, pair-programming, and test-driven development to deliver code low on defects and on schedule. Developed client applications with WPF and WCF, using the MVVM and IOC paradigms to allow for clean separation of class responsibilities and allowing for very high unit test code coverage results. Developed Sensor Network as part of a small team of software engineers. Sensor Network is a collection of tools for collecting and displaying live data feeds from a variety of SIGINT sensors written in C#. All development was designed and implemented collectively using Agile methodologies to be easily extensible for addition of new sensors and actions to take on collected data. Success of the project resulted in rapid growth of the SIGINT Systems business area as additional contracts were awarded. Implemented the Reciprocally-Related (RR) clustering algorithm in C++, which had previously existed solely as a whitepaper.
