Summary:David Hanlon has 7 years of experience working in the field of neuroscience drugs and delivery. He started at Oncogene Research Products in 1996 and held various position there until 2000. He then worked at Quanterix where he was responsible for developing and launching a new neuroscience product line. It was here that he began to develop a keen interest in digital ELISA which he later decided to concentrated on. He then went on to work at VisEn Medical where he worked for 8 years. After 8 years, he left Quanterix to join Oncogene Research Products as their Director, Neuroscience Antibody Development. There, he launched a new neuroscience product line which was successful and now focuses on OEM, licensing and internal product development.

David Hanlon's education is basing off of his experience in biochemistry. His doctoral degree in biochemistry at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign allowed him to work with complex molecules and their chemical reactions. This experience was beneficial in his work readiness as he was able to learn about chemistry and its many subtleties.However, one of the most important aspects of Hanlon's education was his introductory course in biochemistry, which he took while he still at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
