Dany Fishel's Professional:Dany Fishel holds a B.A. in Political Science from Tel Aviv University and a Master's in Business Administration from its Friedman School. She has been working as a software engineer since she graduated from college, and has worked in various businesses, most notably in the software industry. Fishel is known for her experience in developing and managing business software, and has experience working with various companies in the U.S., Israel, and Europe. Before joiningKinEcosystem, she was also a business development manager at Random Logic, a company that she co-founded with her friend and mentor, Aviv Heineman. At Random Logic, she was responsible for the management of online advertising campaigns and partnerships in the USA Region, as well as developing and managing business relationships with different companies. NVOtech Ventures, an investment vehicle affiliated with Valliance NeoMax, a venture capital firm, married Fishel and Heineman in 2016. As a part of the marriage, Fishel became an executive director of NVOtech Ventures. NVOtech Ventures is also affiliated with the Startup Weekend South Africa conference, which is organized by the South African technology firm, Benchmark. Fishel is also a member of the Board of Directors at the Startup Weekend conference in Dubai, and has also been a judge at the startup accelerator, CleanTech VC, in Tel Aviv.
