FirstService Residential is a homebuying and selling company that primarily focuses on the renter-to-buy market.Daniel Brady spent most of his childhood playing and roller skating in the nearby community of Topsfield and learned early how to hustle and work hard.As a young adult, Brady learned the importance of hard work and passion in order to achieve personal success. After some college Students graduated with degrees in business and marketing, Brady decided to take the plunge and join the workforce in search of a career in the real estate industry. After having an opportunity to meet and work with agents and other professionals in the industry, Daniel Brady knew that he wanted to enter the real estate field.After landing his first position at a local real estate company as a Talent Acquisition Manager for a smaller agency, Daniel Brady continued to grow his career in real estate by joining a bigger and better company, FirstService Residential. In his current role at FirstService Residential, Daniel Brady oversees the recruitment and management of talent for the company, including but not limited to promoting and managingreferrals from agents, consumers, and otheryet-to-be-hired staff. Brady is currently working to grow FirstService Residential’s renter-to-buy market share by working with local and nationwide real estate partners to connect new and current tenants with potential landlords. In his spare time, Daniel Brady enjoys playing lacrosse and spend time with his wife and two young children.

Daniel Brady is a self-taught artist and artist educator. He has a degree in Communications from Florida Southern College. Daniel has been a professional artist since 1987. He has exhibited his work in the United States and in Europe. Daniel has been a member of the Greater Houston Arts Commission since 2003.
