From State Farm to Fidelity InvestmentsDan Frasco has worked in a number of roles within the customer service and engineering departments at State Farm. He left in early 2018 to join Fidelity Investments, where he is currently a Vice President, Infrastructure.At State Farm, Dan managed a massive Infrastructure services P&L, which was increased by $120 million due to the company’s May conquests of two new global customers. He also played a part in the company’s wholesale infrastructure portfolio, building and managing a Wholesale Infrastructure Portfolio which brought total product leadership and strategy within a single organization. As part of the portfolio, Dan was responsible for defining and planning the Wholesale organizations strategic plans, and reducing OPEX by 10%, across all product areas by 2017.Dan also had a significant role in the development of the Global Network ProductPortfolio and P&L, and was responsible for driving costs lower across the network verticals. He led an international work-stream increasing global mobility, while also making increased strategic spend on the nextgeneration of network services. As a result of his work, State Farm was able to successfully rebuild the Global Network Service organization, and executed 16 position downgrades to provide a well-rounded organization.Dan’s experience in customer service and engineering made him an ideal candidate for the role of President, systems engineering at Fidelity Investments. He led a team that restructured and reorganized the engineering team after reductions in staff, and was responsible for exceeding customer expectations on all revenue generating connectivity for all B2B/Extranet/B2E customers.
