The Microsoft PREMIER contract includes only large enterprises dealing with customers working in IT department. Mainly, we are troubleshooting the client side, however with constant manipulations on server.
Premier support is focused on the client side (Microsoft OS) on all technologies as:
Network (analysis, troubleshooting, configuration…)
System (dump analysis, Process Monitor, Internet Explorer, security…)
Deployment (WAIK, ADK, MDT….)
Virtualization (Hyper-V mainly, a bit of VMware)
Trainer (Smartcard : Cryptography)
Backup Product Lead which consists in helping technically other engineers on difficult cases in work team spirit. From September 2010 to January 2013 (2 years 5 months) IT Technician @ verifying the network stability with average 15 servers and 200 computers (essentially HP computers)
Work on overall Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft Exchange environments and with Windows XP and Seven
repairing all software problems as well as material
