I believe that this was a major turning point for FedEx because it opened our eyes to the need for orchestration and automation in our business. We no longer were doing things the way we were before and as a result, we were able to achieve our current level ofsuccess.“To this day, I remain convinced that automation is the key to success and because of this, FedEx has been able to maintain its current level ofsuccess. I believe that if we did not make the switch to automation, we would not be where we are today. I know that we are where we are because of the automation that we did.”
