Created a comprehensive waste and recycling program to the largest recycled product packaging firm in Australia. Visited client’s Melbourne, AU headquarters, operations hubs and customer sites to fully understand client capabilities, current initiatives and customer needs. Working with client senior management, designed a separate “asset light”, full service business division including a detailed organizational structure comprised of 78 operations, vendor management, IT, finance and sales professionals. Working with client to expand its waste and recycling services to the premier retail grocery store chain in Australia. From September 2010 to May 2014 (3 years 9 months) Roswell, GeorgiaChief Operating Officer @ Directed the business operations of this waste and recycling services firm with over 500 client property locations throughout the United States.
