In my current position as the Association Director of Operations at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, I have the privilege of collaborating closely with our Chief Operating Officer to drive initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency and service delivery. By utilizing my strong communication skills, I engage with team members at all levels, encouraging feedback and collaboration that leads to innovative solutions.
